President-Elect Robert King informed the board that MTVA Handbooks were available at tonight’s meeting.

President Ebelhar told the board that the All-State Task Force had met, but did not have a report at this time.  A report is expected from this group at the October meeting.

Lewis Walling then made a motion to move the date of the February meeting to February 12, 2002.  This would accommodate the new audition requirements for All-State.  The motion was seconded and passed.  PLEASE MAKE THIS CHANGE TO YOUR CALENDAR!!

Lewis Walling also asked each chair to be responsible for any remaining registration forms after tonight’s meeting.  THE CHAIR FOR EACH EVENT WILL HAVE THE FORMS FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE EVENTS IN THE FUTURE.  Membership forms, calendars, and basic information may be obtained via Lewis Walling.

At the conclusion of business, the meeting was adjourned.
